Julora Health

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 11, 2026

Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Julora website, account, assessment tools, support channels, and related services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them.

Healthcare relationship

The website provides information and access to an online healthcare process. A provider-patient relationship begins only when the applicable clinical entity and provider determine that the relationship has been established under the applicable care model.

Website content, an assessment, an automated message, or a support conversation does not by itself create a provider-patient relationship or guarantee treatment.

No emergency care

Julora is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for an emergency.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update information when it changes. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect whether a provider can safely evaluate or treat you.

Provider decisions

A licensed provider determines whether an evaluation, treatment, prescription, or follow-up plan is appropriate. Julora does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a specific product, a particular result, or a specific review time.

Pharmacy and medication

Prescription medication is dispensed through the applicable pharmacy workflow after a licensed provider issues a valid prescription. Follow the pharmacy label and provider instructions. Do not share prescription medication or use it for someone else.

Payments, renewals, cancellations, and refunds

Pricing, recurring billing, cancellation, shipping, and refund terms are described before payment and in the applicable policies. Canceling an account or payment does not replace clinical instructions or pharmacy guidance.

Your card is saved securely when you order and is only charged after a licensed provider reviews your medical intake and approves treatment. A provider typically completes this review within 24 to 48 hours. If the provider does not approve treatment for you, you are not charged and nothing ships. Completing an order is not a prescription and does not guarantee one.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Notice of Privacy Practices govern the collection and use of information.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes, to submit false or misleading information, to interfere with the service, to access another person’s account, to misuse clinical or support channels, or to copy content in a way that violates applicable rights.

Contact

Questions about these Terms should be submitted through the verified support channel identified on the Contact page.

Emergency noticeThis is not for emergencies. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
