How Julora works
Julora Health is an online healthcare service. Medical services are provided by the clinical entity and licensed healthcare professionals identified in the applicable care materials and on our About page.
Julora’s administrative team does not make clinical decisions.
Depending on the service, the provider may review your goals, medical history, current medications, allergies, pregnancy-related information, age, location, prior treatment, and other relevant information.
The provider may request more information or recommend an in-person visit.
The current estimated review time is shown during the assessment and confirmation process. It is an operational estimate, not a guarantee. Review may take longer if additional information is needed.
The provider may recommend no treatment, additional information, an in-person examination, a different service, or another clinician.
A recommendation not to treat online is part of responsible care, not a failed purchase.
Julora offers information and services for healthy-aging and skin-health goals. We do not promise to stop or reverse aging, extend life, remove every visible change, or produce a particular appearance.
A provider determines whether your concern is appropriate for online care.
Prescriptions and products
No. Completing an assessment does not guarantee a prescription. A licensed provider reviews your information and determines whether treatment is clinically appropriate and legally permitted.
The provider may request more information, recommend a different option, refer you to in-person care, or determine that treatment is not appropriate.
You may tell us what you are interested in, but the provider determines whether any product is appropriate. Product availability, pharmacy fulfillment, cost, and state requirements may limit the available options.
FDA approval applies to a specific product, formulation, manufacturer, indication, and labeling. If Julora offers an FDA-approved product, the product page identifies it and links to current official information.
A compounded medication is not FDA-approved as a compounded product and must not be represented as the same as or equivalent to an FDA-approved product.
Availability
Availability depends on the service, provider, product, pharmacy, modality, and current requirements. Use the availability checker for the selected service.
A result does not guarantee provider acceptance, a prescription, a price, shipment, or ongoing availability.
Pricing and billing
The payment model for each service is shown before you proceed. Some services or medications may involve separate pharmacy or insurance rules. Review the price and coverage information shown for your specific care pathway.
Some expenses may qualify under your plan, but eligibility and reimbursement are not guaranteed. Julora provides itemized receipts where available. Confirm eligibility with your plan administrator.
You can cancel according to the Cancellation & Refunds Policy and the method shown in your account. If you are receiving medication or ongoing clinical care, ask the provider or pharmacy about safe clinical next steps.
Canceling a payment does not replace clinical instructions.
Pharmacy and safety
No. Julora is not an emergency service. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for an emergency.
For urgent but non-emergency symptoms, contact your existing healthcare provider or the clinical support channel listed in your care materials.
The dispensing pharmacy and its support contact are listed with your prescription and in our Shipping Policy. For medication-label, delivery, storage, or product questions, contact the dispensing pharmacy.
For clinical questions, use the secure clinical channel.
Do not use the medication until you have contacted the dispensing pharmacy or clinical team. Follow the pharmacy’s instructions for the product and shipment.
Use the secure clinical channel or contact the dispensing pharmacy using the information provided with your prescription. If symptoms are severe or life-threatening, call 911 or seek emergency care.
Privacy and communication
Use the secure clinical channel for medical information. Do not send urgent or detailed health information through an ordinary email or public contact form unless Julora specifically identifies that channel as approved for the information you are sending.
