Cancellation & Refunds

Last updated: September 11, 2026

You can cancel according to the method and timing shown in your account, checkout confirmation, care plan, or subscription terms.

The effect of cancellation depends on whether clinical services were provided, a prescription was issued, medication was dispensed or shipped, and whether a recurring charge has already been processed.

Recurring services

Your card is saved securely when you order and is only charged after a licensed provider reviews your medical intake and approves treatment. A provider typically completes this review within 24 to 48 hours. If the provider does not approve treatment for you, you are not charged and nothing ships. Completing an order is not a prescription and does not guarantee one.

If you are enrolled in a recurring service, the amount, billing interval, renewal date, and cancellation method are shown before you place your order.

Cancel before the stated cutoff to avoid the next scheduled charge. If a charge has already been processed, refund eligibility is determined by the applicable terms.

Medication and pharmacy refunds

Prescription medications, opened products, temperature-sensitive products, and products that have been dispensed or shipped may not be returnable. Contact the dispensing pharmacy for medication-specific questions.

Clinical cancellation notice

Canceling a service or payment does not replace clinical instructions. If you are using a prescription medication or receiving ongoing care, contact your provider or pharmacy before making a clinical change.

Request a refund

To request a refund, use the support channel shown in your account and include your order or account reference. Do not include unnecessary medical information.

Emergency noticeThis is not for emergencies. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
