How it works

A clear process from your first question to your next step.

Julora is designed to make online care understandable. You share the information that matters, a licensed provider reviews it, and you receive a decision and explanation before treatment moves forward.

Six steps, start to follow-up.

  1. A person tying a running shoe on a coastal road

    Check availability

Enter your state and select the category you are exploring. Availability depends on the service, provider, product, pharmacy, modality, and applicable requirements.

A state may be available for one service and unavailable for another.

  2. A person stretching a quadriceps against a plain studio wall

    Complete a secure assessment

You may be asked about your goals, health history, current medications, allergies, age, pregnancy-related circumstances, prior treatment, and other information relevant to the service.

Answer accurately and completely. The assessment is not for emergencies.

  3. An older man standing with his bicycle outdoors

    Receive licensed-provider review

A provider licensed in the applicable jurisdiction reviews your information. The provider may approve a plan, request more information, recommend another option, require an appointment, refer you elsewhere, or determine that treatment is not appropriate.

  4. An older man running outdoors in autumn

    Understand your options

If treatment is considered appropriate, you receive information about the proposed plan, instructions, risks, alternatives, monitoring, cost, and follow-up. You may ask questions before deciding whether to proceed.

  5. An older woman in athletic clothing outdoors

    Prescription and fulfillment

A prescription is issued only by a licensed provider when clinically appropriate and legally permitted. If prescribed, medication is sent through the applicable dispensing-pharmacy workflow.

The pharmacy label and pharmacy instructions control how the medication is stored and used.

  6. An older woman moving energetically in sportswear

    Follow-up that matches the service

Follow-up may include secure messages, an appointment, monitoring, laboratory testing, or a recommendation to seek in-person care, depending on the service and provider’s judgment.

Do not assume that messaging, laboratory testing, dose changes, or refills are included unless your care plan expressly says so.

Where a prescription comes from.

If a provider prescribes medication, fulfillment follows the applicable pharmacy, product, state, and patient-safety requirements. The dispensing pharmacy and its support information are provided before you rely on a shipment or medication instruction.

Pharmacy relationship

Julora Health is not the dispensing pharmacy unless expressly identified in your care materials. The pharmacy responsible for dispensing is identified with the prescription and in the applicable pharmacy information.

The pharmacy’s responsibilities include dispensing, labeling, medication-specific instructions, and pharmacy support. A valid prescription from a licensed provider is required.

Medication delivery

Medication shipping depends on the product, pharmacy, patient location, storage requirements, weather, carrier conditions, and applicable requirements.

Any shipping timeline shown at checkout or in a confirmation is an estimate, not a clinical guarantee.

Damaged or delayed shipment

If a package is damaged, delayed, appears tampered with, arrives outside required storage conditions, or does not match your prescription label, do not use the medication until you have contacted the dispensing pharmacy or your clinical team.

Follow the instructions provided by the pharmacy.

Product status

FDA approval applies to a specific product, formulation, manufacturer, indication, and labeling. A compounded medication is not FDA-approved as a compounded product and must not be represented as identical, equivalent, or interchangeable with an FDA-approved product.

If Julora offers a compounded medication, its legal basis, patient-specific rationale, pharmacy, product status, safety information, and applicable limitations must be disclosed before treatment proceeds.

Please note

Completing an assessment does not guarantee eligibility, a prescription, a specific product, a price, shipment, or a particular result.

Your card is saved securely when you order and is only charged after a licensed provider reviews your medical intake and approves treatment. A provider typically completes this review within 24 to 48 hours. If the provider does not approve treatment for you, you are not charged and nothing ships. Completing an order is not a prescription and does not guarantee one.
